NATURAL CARE SERVICE
The outdoor filter is serviced every 6 months as a way to maintain the technology that keeps each machine running. Our team of professionals, the Natural Care Service team, will visit each customer at their home to conduct the service.

NCS 6-Point Check
Ensure each part is
clean and well-maintained
1. Close the water source and manually flush Prime X3 to remove all traces of water
2. Soak the filter in ths Natural POE Cleanser (NPC) for 3-5 minutes, then wash the casing and the filter
3. Replace the batteries in the
Auto Timer and reassemble it along with the Prime X3
4. Turn the Prime Multiport Valve to “Filter” and check for any leakage
5. Clean the surface of the Prime X3 with the Natural POE Polisher (NPP)
6. Test the product and let the kitchen water flow for 3-5 minutes to ensure quality of performance
